Download the Neste App with new features!

Pay for refueling, charging your electric vehicle, car wash and Easy Fill windshield wash liquids with the Neste App – using Visa card no longer requires strong authentication. You can now also subscribe to Easy Wash service for unlimited car washes at a selected station for a monthly fee! You can pay in the app with a debit/credit card, Neste Private card, or Neste Corporate card. Add your Plussa card as a benefit card to receive valuable benefits (not applicable with the Neste Corporate card). Neste App also works in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania (Easy Wash subscription not available in these countries).

Remember to enable push messages to receive valuable benefits and discounts!

With Neste App you can

- Subscribe to unlimited car washes on selected Easy Wash station for a fixed monthly fee
- Fill your windshield wash liquids with Easy Fill•Find Neste stations and their offers and benefits

After update (2025 autumn), the jpg type receipts dissappeared :( They had distinguishable names, all info fitted in one page and was very convenient to send it to accountants. Now pdf's are trimmed at the bottom (3 lines are cut off), and I have to rename every single file by hand using dates (every file is named just "receipt.pdf") It's disappointing Otherwise app is very convenient way to pay for fuel

Need the app for e-receipts: not a corporate customer, can't get them via website. JPG is wrong for plain text but at least worked. This PDF is truncated at the bottom, font family differs from hardcopy, no more timestamp in name. But, even the Share button is broken. It was offering Quick Share, GDrive and various email / messaging apps; now I can only choose between PDF readers, which don't help moving data out of the phone. Why can't this button just "Save"?

Too often I facing the various app issues when I'm trying to fuel my car. And there is long queue behind me. So, always fueling is "will it do annoying surprise today or not". Everything worked fine for ~1years, except that I was asked to perform the card security check. But now app just stuck during authorisation. And money on my bank account is frozen for 2 weeks. Will delete this app once I will receive plastic Neste card: it just works, while app doesn't

What’s new

If you are registering as a new user, you don’t need to add payment methods at the registration. You can choose to do that later.

We have implemented additional security measures so if you log out and log in back, your payment and loyalty cards will be there.

Note: To get personalized discounts and offers, please allow marketing permissions from app settings. You can have auto-update enabled in your phone app store settings to get the latest Neste App improvements automatically.
