Download the Neste App with new features!

Pay for refueling, charging your electric vehicle, car wash and Easy Fill windshield wash liquids with the Neste App – using Visa card no longer requires strong authentication. You can now also subscribe to Easy Wash service for unlimited car washes at a selected station for a monthly fee! You can pay in the app with a debit/credit card, Neste Private card, or Neste Corporate card. Add your Plussa card as a benefit card to receive valuable benefits (not applicable with the Neste Corporate card). Neste App also works in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania (Easy Wash subscription not available in these countries).

Remember to enable push messages to receive valuable benefits and discounts!

With Neste App you can

- Subscribe to unlimited car washes on selected Easy Wash station for a fixed monthly fee
- Fill your windshield wash liquids with Easy Fill•Find Neste stations and their offers and benefits

Pls, make it easier to find easywash stations. like one button somewhere in the washing section or map to find those. Bought the monthly subscription and waited over half an hour just to realize that quickwash is not included. quite frustrating after long day at friday. I know it is written there, but why with small letters "easywash"? I mean the app is automatically trying to suggest all the stations even if it has the information that I have a monthly subscription.

for some reason every time paying forf fuel you have to authenticate with smart id. it is not a problem for other gas statio n apps. also, if you put pistol into car first, and then try to pay for fuel, app crashes with pump error. so far, worst app experience compared to other lt gas stations apps upd. 2026-04-09 newest update introduced amazing error when trying to fill up - "price mismatch". I guess devs just keep enjoying perks of vibe coding w/o testing

The app is nice, easy to use. BUT. Don't download it. you will spend waiting for it to open and work for 20 minutes, getting a line of cars behind you, while you can do the intended action with other station apps much MUCH faster. Just don't bother, get the plastic card and forget the app. thanks for the smooth experience of going to a different station, haha

If you are registering as a new user, you don’t need to add payment methods at the registration. You can choose to do that later.

We have implemented additional security measures so if you log out and log in back, your payment and loyalty cards will be there.
