Habits are no more than routines which you perform subconsciously. To build one - train yourself. To break one, find another one which is similar, yet different and nicer, and repeat it until it sticks.
To assist you with this HabitBull lets you set reminders for each habit and displays them on days when you need to be successful. A single poll takes about 2-3 seconds and consumes about 4-10 KB bandwidth (depending on number of unread e-mails and your e-mail server speed). Poll frequency is configurable to anywhere from every minute to every 24 hours. It's possible to disable polling when there is no wi-fi.
