ULTIMIUM is a management solution and a mobile point of sale (POS) for retailers, synchronized automatically with the cloud platform and offered in a monthly or annual subscription.

1. Point of Sale

Convert your tablet into a mobile cash register with a very simple and intuitive interface. You can customize your items and categories with dedicated colors and large photos. You can assign a ticket to a customer already registered in one click or add a new one easily. Add discounts per item or per ticket and accept multiple payments per transaction.

2. Customers Management

Organise your customers in groups with dedicated prices. Multiple statistics are offered per customer to help you better understand sales trends and habits, turnover, top purchases, loyalty points, tickets, invoices, returns, and discounts.

3. Suppliers Management

Managing your suppliers is now possible and allows you to add and manage an infinite number of suppliers. Place your orders, follow your quotes, delivery notes, their due dates, invoices and payments with powerful reports and statistics. Receiving purchases can be done directly from the tablet and all the other operations can be done via the web platform.

4. Categories management

Because each item is different from the other ones, you can organize them in an infinite number of categories and even customize them with different colors.

5. Article Management

Add an infinite number of items and organize them by category and even by color. You can add photos that you can display in large size to help you in your sales process. If you manage several units of calculation, you just have to add them with the related prices.

6. Stock Management

No more need to call each time you need an update, you can remotely track your stock (online mode) in real time and make the right decisions. Keep track of your article stocks per item, unit and even lot.

7. Cashiers' sessions

Any transaction made by your cashiers is saved, can't be edit anymore and will be transmitted securely and automatically (in connected mode) to our cloud platform. You will be able to check all sales and transactions remotely in real time.

8. Reports and statistics

Find in detail and in real time your sales summaries, by category and by article, all your tickets, your turnover, your top customers, your top products, etc. You can adjust and set the most relevant statistics' widgets in your web dashboard.

9. Company / POS Configuration

You can choose to set your company details on the go, the relevant taxation for your activity, decide or not to operate with negative stock. While ULTIMIUM accepts multi-currency, you can set the default currency you want to work with. You can also easily upload your logo to be used in your all documents (tickets and invoices).

10. Setup your Printers

Print the same ticket on multiple printers (up to 4), with or without prices.
