I have programmed the feeder to dispense a single portion; however, it released an excessive amount of food, filling the bowl entirely. Subsequently, a notification is sent that the hopper is likely empty, which is inaccurate. Please address this issue promptly, as continued issues may necessitate replacement. My pet, like many, is on a portion-controlled diet, and the irregular feeding caused by your product poses a risk to their health.

App doesn't work. App doesn't send notifications at all even though everything is set correctly ( Notifications on, battery saver off ect) Please fix this garbage. Fountain is amazing, App is literally garbage. Still no update notifications from app, it says fountain is low when you open the app but if it gets low and the red light is on, the app says nothing.

The app works pretty good I guess. I just don't know why they don't let you sync with Google products so you can verbally ask it to "auto feed the cats" instead of opening the app finding the auto feeder (which sometimes doesn't even work) and then clicking "feed cats". Do they have something against Google? Seems counterintuitive if you ask me. Why not have your product work with as many ai tech as loss possible? Like Alexa, it only hurts THEM to not use Google search. Obviously.. smh
