I honestly felt misled by the trial setup of this app. I initially thought the trial was free, only to find out I was charged ₱465 for an AI feature that did not perform well at all. The results were inaccurate and far below expectations, especially for a paid service. The app has potential, but the pricing does not match the quality of the output. Overall, not worth the price in my experience.

Whenever we try to check or view anything, the first thing that comes up is payment. At least some features should be free so users can develop interest and trust in the app before investing money. Your ads show things like checking hairstyles or haircuts, but when we actually try, charges appear immediately. That’s not good marketing at all. You should keep a few features free in the beginning so people start using the app regularly.

Horrible app. They even included a supposed "customer service" email on their website but when I messaged it to ask for a refund because of an accidental purchase, I found out that the email does not even exist. The greed is insane, false advertisements are rampant, and it only aims to steal money from you. I have been able to successfully ask for refunds from other AI apps but when I liked their service, I subscribed. Yet this one is simply horrible. Do not install.
