TocaTel allows you to get the best low rates by simply dialing the international number directly through your phone, contacts, or favorites, or dialing the number through the TocaTel app.

Ratings and reviews

I keep having problems gettung through to CR. When i call custoner service, they test the line and can see my problem. A trouble ticket gets put,but after they call and say it is fixed....it isn't. This has happened three times over the course of two weeks. At this point I am going to have to fight tooth and nail to get the balanced of my money back. STEER CLEAR OF THIS APP!!! They don't provide the service and then don't want to refund your money. Time to call the FCC.

Does anyone know how I can report this as a scam. It takes your money and don't want to connect the calls. Sometimes you here the phone ring once then they disconnected you and still charge you for 1 minute. I wouldn't suggest you download this app

Its a good app for international call ..i recommend it if your loved ones don't have internet access you cam use this app. Tye only problem i had was when i bought a card from food lion and used 20 $ worth of pin but it won't let call ..i still has the balance in account
