Haaate this app. I'm not a genius when it comes to technology, but I've never struggled so much with using an app. It's completely counterintuitive and looks like it's still just in testing. And actually holding video meetings on the app itself is terrible, but activity is so limited on the computer version that you have to use both, often at the same time, if you want to talk to your provider. It's enough to make me consider changing doctors.

I've been disappointed that the use of attachments isn't allowed for patients to send to provider . . . only from provider to patient. Will need to use alternate app for fully featured functionality. It does come up that I need to share data and or results, but no way with the 2021 version of Hale. One other shortfall: Unable to copy/paste my notes from a previous date, so I'll have them full my records.

The UX is nightmarish as well as the color selection. Whomever picked white text on a bright teal colored background doesn't know what they are doing. The lack of biometric (fingerprint) login which has been widely available on most phones for 3-4 years dings the app 4 stars out of a possible 5.
