About this app

Train wherever you want, whenever you want.
Discover the full potential of your Handy Gym, the most portable and powerful inertial training technology. Handy Gym offers inertial technology from NASA in a super-reduced device that you can easily carry in a backpack to train wherever and whenever you want.

The personal training revolution is here.
Handy Gym connects to the app to offer you more than 200 exercises to work any muscle group, obtaining statistics and data in real time to analyze your performance level.

Handy Gym works through two inertial discs which are capable of converting their turn in strength of resistance. In terms of training and/or recovery efficiency the inertial technology is the top option thanks to its capability to offer an incredible concentric and eccentric training without lifting weight.

In addition to its minimum size and lightweight, it incorporates accessories that allow you to perform a multitude of exercises anywhere and fix it on different surfaces, even in your home, in the park, ... being able to anchor it on doors, trees, posts, etc. The inertial discs can be combined to adjust the power level and adapt it to your capabilities.
