Always a problem when I try to log in.
Absolutely rubbish can't log in keeps telling me login failed and I know my own email address and password!!!!
Useless I use to love this app, but now all i can see is login failed. No issues on Tfl web site tho. Please get your act together and sort this app out.
Absolute shite. Been locked out on three occasions now in one month. Even tried changing password via email link and STILL won't let me in!...Three times now!...Please people at Oyster card online, get someone experienced to write your programmes for your website....It's quite simple... When I type my user name and password and click enter, my card details should appear. If I forget my password, I type in my email, it sends me a link, I click on link, reset password and log in... Or not as the case is now..
Payed but still on 'free trial' I paid for this all but it says that it has expired because my free trial has run out. I want my money back if that's the case!
