Manage your Hanover account from the palm of your hand. With Hanover Mobile, you can view important policy information, pay your bill, report a claim, and much more. Just sign in with your My Hanover Policy account, or create a new account directly within the app.

With Hanover Mobile, you'll have access to:

Policy information – view policy number, effective dates, and more

Billing – view billing statements, easily pay your bill within the app and sign up for paperless billing
Report a claim —File personal lines and commercial lines claims and view status of open claims

App lets me log in, but then it throws out an error message of "There is a temporary technical problem fetching your policy. Please try again later." This happens constantly and is bad enough that I'm seriously considering changing to another insurance carrier There's no point in having an account with someone if I can never access that account, especially in the THIRD DECADE OF THE 21ST CENTURY!

I began receiving a "service unavailable" error message. This makes me unable to sign in anymore. I've contacted IT via phone and email. The IT team says they've seen other users get that. That's all. They have no solution, and seemingly no intentions of fixing this. I'm looking for a different insurance company now.

The mobile app is junk, it will not allow you to log in, continually prompts you to activate and register your online account. The only way I can view my account on line is through out regular computer. I have contacted customer support, sent pictures of the issues and nothing.
