Shame. I was enjoying the game, even with the bad translations, but the way they released the new season is just terrible. "Pre-download so you have it" was the message, when it should have been "if you download it, you can't play for a while". Nice way to break timed events. If you don't care about your customers, not even to write a proper notice... Well, it was taking away too much time anyway; this was just the last straw.

Don't waste your time and money on this game. Although purchases are not mandatory, they falsely advertise items in the game store. I spent 20 dollars for what was supposed to be tokens to unlock a new character, but instead of that it turns out I paid for the only purpose of BEING ALLOWED to purchase more items, really?? Customer support won't do anything to help. Shame on them. Learn from my mistake.

It shows how little their customers matter to this co. 20 days & still no response A lot of players resent "pay to play players", but I am one of those players. I have NEVER experienced a game store more money hungry than this one! I'm embarrassed to share this, but it needs to be known. I've spent ~$3,000 attempting to aquire a mythic gun. AND I've only collected 30/100 fragments required to build one. At this rate it would cost a player $10,000 to aquire. Now you've lost a top player & spender
