About this app

[Happy Card Information] This is a point card jointly issued by shops in Hikari City with the aim of revitalizing commerce.
Happy Card Point Service is the local currency of Hikari City. It is used by 5,000 to 7,000 citizens in Hikari City.
1. Please show your "Happy Card (QR code)" when shopping at member stores. Or, "Open the app on your smartphone and present the QR code.
2. Enter 1 point for every JPY 100 (excluding tax) to JPY 200 (excluding tax) purchased in cash. The point return rate for cashless payments is left to each member store.
3. Happy points can be used from 1 point.
4. You can choose various advantageous services by accumulating up to a certain point. (Example: 1000 points → 1500 yen meal ticket, etc.)
5. You can use the "profitable coupons" of each member store. Various discount coupons such as discount services, limited sales, and monitor recruitment will appear.
6. From the viewpoint of reducing food loss, the Happy Card Association will notify the app members by push notification of "Issuing meal discount coupons * for a limited time" by member restaurants.
7. At the Happy Card Association, we will notify the app members by push notification, such as "Sale leaflets and limited sale of new products * Limited time offer" by member stores.
