Very few free challenges. Even the beginning ones are intense. The beginning squat challenge has you doing 2 sets of 50 squats on the first day and increasing from there. Very easy to get intimidated. Not enough variety of squats and push-ups. Do the same type everyday. I also wish it had a separate screen for active challenges. Easy to use though and if you want a general challenges to add on to your daily workout then it will be a good app for you.
A lot of the work out aren't unlocked in the free version but the ones that are available are good. Wish there was a buzzer at the end of the timer but otherwise...ok app to keep you on track with a specific training goal.
Update This last update has deleted my lifetime subscription. This is very upsetting since I paid for it over a year ago.
It helps you keep in track, but YOU have to do the word. It's great makes you consistent even when you don't want to work out. Every little helps.
