Does the workouts even work? I've been doing the crunches workout and I have one week left. I'm not seeing a difference!!!
In house cardio would be great. Could we get a challenge with some jumping jacks. Something that doesn't require as much floor time. I have horribly uncomfortable carpet. Lol. But other then that live tge challenges.
Like it alot There's so much in one place. You can really create a customized workout session with this app but it would be even better if it had one place that selected challenges can be listed for a My Workout so that we wouldn't have to search through all the categories each time. Otherwise its very useful in keeping me pushing to do more.
This is a pretty good app for beginners, and contains some pretty good challenges. However I would recomend finding a better app once you've completed the lower difficulty levels.
Where's the plank challenge? It is on the list of included challenges but I can't find it in the app. Also the ab challenge is sit-ups and crutches which most people know is not the way to sculpt abs!
It is OK It is ok but the most popular 30 day challenges aren't available until you upgrade. Also the reminder only allows you to set one, two would be better so that I can break split my sets on my breaks at work. The free version has ads to the point of being spammy. A few improvements of the app could easily improve this rating.
