I think its little better, at least not so many error messages. Missing reports after submission and complete screen! Could also add a temporary backup if someone by mistake exits the app... current inspection.. Please also for android make as it was before with one step to go to image gallery.. On the new version for some reason I have to go trough 2 file selection to get to images / photo gallery :(
Everytime I try to get an update on the address in our inventor it gives a NULL error. I have to log out remove it from my phone and then download it again. Then it takes about 10 minutes for it's finally sink
I love the layout and I love that it doesn't chew up my data because I can inspect then upload back at the office. Great work happy co 👌👌

A little buggy on the Android app at the beginning but they have stuck with it.. and now works pretty well.. our cell service is bad and I have to teach it to 15 seasonal employees every year so ease of use is good for the end user..😍
I emailed them about canceling my account and didn't hear from them for several weeks. I had to email them 2 more times before a rep responded with some BS about how they responded right away but I must have missed it. I gave them a 30 day notice to cancel but since it was one day after the billing cycle they charged for an entire second month (so 60 days after my 30 day notice). I challenged them on this and was told that the billing was automatic and they can't do anything about it. They went ahead and canceled my access after 30 days so I didn't even have access to the app during the 2nd month they charged me for. I requested the contact info for her supervisor and was give the info for 3. I emailed all 3 but haven't heard anything, it's been 2 weeks and I've sent follow up emails. I requested their phone numbers and after a week the rep gave me the 1800 # I called it and got a message saying no one was available and to leave a message. At that point I gave up which is what they were probably counting on. People shouldn't have to send multiple emails and wait weeks to get a response from customer service. I don't know if it's incompetence or a conscious decision.
