The goal of the Happy Neighborhood Project is to increase and sustain happiness. Within this app, we have included tools that we believe will be helpful towards that goal!
Mindfulness is important! We’ve included a Gratitude Journal that you can use to keep track of those things that you are grateful for. We have also included daily audio Happy Messages (about 1 minute long) from Edwin Edebiri, the Chief Happiness Officer! Hopefully hearing an inspirational voice with a pragmatic message will provide a boost!
We also give access to listings to help find businesses and events in your community that have taken a pledge to spread happiness. It is always good to be able to recognize those that are operating with intention and purpose!
