Cannot reply to any chat on the app. It fails everytime have to open laptop to reply. Automation tab keeps on loading never shows anything. There are lot of bugs and on the name of customer support there is nothing

App shows notifications just for 4 days. Then notification stops, then need to clear the app data to show notifications again. This proccess needs repeat every week. Bad experience. Now AiSensy launched mobile app, thinking to migrate.

Stop giving stupid updates when things don't fix. Remains the same. Texts don't deliver. Everytime it hungs up or show some error. If it can't be fixed, stop it.
