Ratings and reviews

Half the time, it doesn't load and I have to completely clear my data and log in again. Them it won't play anything I watch for more than a few seconds then sits and tries to load something over and over again. Doesn't matter if I am on wifi or data, the result is the same. This is the only app I have that struggles with this kind of issue.

My mother is stuck in the hospital. Her TV is broken and it will be a while before the maintenance man can come to fix it. I was able to have her log into the Hargray TV app on her phone so she can have a distraction from her current condition. This is great for her as no visitors are allowed in the hospital due to the COVID 19 situation. Great app Hargray!

Can't relate the screen on your phone or tablet. Only show in vertical view on a phone. Constantly freeze
