I have repeatedly tried to answer my security questions. Repeatedly getting an "invalid answer" pop-up. So, I went online to double check myself to ensure that I was entering the correct answers to all of my questions, including capitalization as well as spacing and spelling. Sure enough, my answers were correct. I was hopeful to not have to jump through hoops to login to my account like the way the online platform makes me... But alas, it seems that it does and will. I am a new customer and my primary bank is PNC. I have been with PNC for over a decade. Never once have I had to answer Captcha codes with them and never once had an issue with signing in online or via their app. Until FFOO gets their act together, PNC, no matter how inconvenient their location is for me will continue to be my primary bank. It's a shame too. I was looking forward to not have to drive 20 miles in order to do person to person transactions.
