Terrible After stopping the app, the book starts over. So I have to remember where I left off, and when I start the app again fast forward. Remembering where I last stopped seems to be the most basic feature of an audio app. Unreal and lazy. I'll never buy an audio book from Harper Collins again
"Instant" is a lie Harper Collins instantly took my money for an audio book. Still waiting on it to show up in my library. Go to Audible, that service works.
Get ready for a very unsatisfactory experience. HarperCollins doesn't tell you that you will be forced to use their app to listen to their audiobooks until after you've purchased them. The app has several problems: 1) It doesn't hold your place in a chapter (in fact it always restarts at the beginning of the book). 2) It doesn't tell you when it hasn't downloaded the full book onto your device - it took me a while to figure out why some of my chapters were not playing. 3) It has practically no settings to speak of (download settings, playback settings, notification settings). Can I assign *negative* stars? This is barely an app and HarperCollins will continue to damage their brand until they put more effort into this one.
Stole my money! Spent $18 on a book. Downloaded this app, downloaded my book, that I paid for, and it plays the introduction. All the actual chapters, it says unable to play. Emailed customer support. No answer. So now I'm out $18. And still can't listen to my book!
Got my book, But app is terrible. Have to start my book over ever time i want to listen and skip chapters to get back to where i want to be.
Crap app Doesn't work. Don't bother download or purchasing any books.
