🧪 Experimental features
Enhance your device's security by blocking the power menu, quick tiles menu, and notification shade on the lock screen. This feature automatically turns off the screen and captures pictures if unauthorized access is detected. Please note that this is an experimental feature and may not be compatible with all devices. CrookCatcher utilizes the accessibility permission to detect and control these elements on the lock screen. (Currently being rolled out.)

🔑 Device Administrator Permission
This app uses the Device Administrator permission to securely monitor unlock attempts.

❗ Important Notes
- Due to Android security precautions, your phone must be unlocked once after reboot for CrookCatcher to access the camera.
- CrookCatcher does not support pop-up cameras or fingerprint errors.
- On android 13 and above, you will see a mandatory system notification when the camera is in use.

Realy excelent appln , i have succeeded one time that my phone was lost and then after 25 menuts got it back to my hand while thd person's photo with his face clearly has been taken by the androad lost phone and the photo was sent directely to my gmail and when he attempt and tried to unlock the phone ,really amazing and appreciated appln , so many thanks , Abdi

My mobile is realme narzo 20 and I paid for the premium version but, so disappointed due to the following experiences:- The application is having some defects. It doesn't start automatically after a reboot/restart of the phone, hence all permissions are granted. The App becomes active only when the phone is unlocked after reboot/restart. This is a serious error in the build up of this app. Hence, the intruder can get through if it's stolen. At times I have to start the App in a manual way.

Though this app really has a very good anti-theft features, it's not enough as the phone could be switched off to stop the alarm from sounding. Also, it's just too tasking locking the phone back and unlocking with pattern to stop alarm after unlocking with fingerprint. As well, as this is a security app, app is not supposed to stop working no matter what happens, either the phone restarts or it is refreshed. Pls, try to improve the app in the next upgrade.

- New free feature: Block power menu, quick tiles and notification shade on the lockscreen and take picture when someone tries to access them (experimental, does not work on all devices).
