Ratings and reviews

It works great until it doesn't. I have been experiencing a lot of frozen app issues and inability to click on the start and stop buttons. It keeps crashing and has not been reliable. I'm an independent consultant, working on multiple projects so time keeping is very important. It would be nice to have the app glitches fixed.

Horrible updates. The reporting functionality on the mobile app is no longer useful. The ability to view monthly time reports or easily switch between projects has disappeared. I have no idea why these changes were made, but the mobile app used to be so helpful but now I have to continually go back to the desktop site.

I honestly like the update. It looks clean and there is more info available than the previous version. My biggest complaint is the latency. The response time for clicking on most things is between 1 to 3 seconds. It's almost as if every click is being sent to a server and the UI only updates when the server responds. Maybe it's my phone, but regardless I will update my rating to 5 stars if the latency is brought down.
