So difficult to do anything with this app. Extremely temperamental. Have had to set up new accounts when I make new purchases as my original account never logs in! Getting tired of having to merge accounts and running out of email addresses and passwords to use. Very disappointing - especially as I like the idea of rewards at my favourite department store.
Arrogant staff in the cafeteria, I was persuaded to download this crappy app to get rewards, made 855 purchase, but points didn't get credited immediately and staff reaction on a question was negative. However very nice sales attendant in Woolrich department 5*
Crashes several times when scanning receipt. Also could H&N developers get rid of the 'nice try' message when you accidently scan the barcode twice. It sounds accusatory like I'm being dishonest when it's fiddly and easy to capture the barcode twice.
Serious mess I have been using this app for a long time, the last few updates have been dreadful, and make it useless at best, as it either force crashes, refuses to load or logs you off every time you close it. Edit : even worse now, won't install on most of my phones
I love the app and the rewards gained but the points total often does not update despite the purchase point value being listed in the log. This means that the reward cycle is not correct, resulting in the potential for a lower grade reward being given.
Notification at 3am Why do notifications come through at 3am... And why can't I turn them off! points total often doesn't update, so hard to keep track of what you should have
