I had the worst service experience with Hatway. They gave me false information regarding their promotions. For example, they advertised that if you recharge for three months, you would receive one month free, but I never received that benefit. The customer support was extremely unhelpful and did not provide any solutions to my issues. The sales team also provided misleading statements and made false commitments. It's quite absurd. I urge everyone not to trust Hatway!

Highly disappointed. The service and speed are pathetic. Not worth a penny. Since last 3 weeks there is no internet. Before that also it was highly inconsistent. Getting the solution after lodging a report is so so difficult. The team is hyperactive when it comes to the payment reminder but this is not the same with Customer support. Technician gavecontact No. but never pick the phone. It's better not to have connection at all then to have such one. Going to disconnect the so called connection.

worst experience. they put used router. dns of that router was worst. when i tried to reach out for replacement, no one picked. after i deactivated connection, they call 4-5 times everyday from different numbers asking me to reactivate again. even after telling i won't be reactivating, they keep calling multiple times in day. my suggestion- buy airtel. cost is slightly more, it is reliable and they are professional. app is linked to myairtel app. even customer support is helpful
