Thought I'd try this instead of Uber. Won't be using it again. Booked a car to pick me up, entered the correct pickup address and stood outside the building. Had a call saying I would receive a text with vehicle details as soon as possible (why not put this message in the app, and send a push notification instead of a text?). Then another call from the driver who didn't know where the pickup location was. When they eventually arrived we got straight in the car, but got charged 50p for waiting?!

Worst experience I ever had using Cab app, the driver stopped really far away from me, I even took a print screen, I asked him to come to the right position and he refused, then I was charged 18 pounds for the cancellation, of course I spoken on the support and they said the driver was there and they won't refund me. Nightmare! I waited for 30 min until the cancellation, I got a cab from another app and it arrived in 2 minutes.... I'm feeling robbed! Terrible service and and even worst costumer service.

Once again the app isn't working! Recently updated and now it's not showing when drivers have picked up the job, I'm only getting text notifications which I can follow the link sent online. The app still sayinf "upcoming" on the job but my daughter has already been picked up. Not great for safety aspect as my daughter is disabled and has the app on her phone as well but the telephone number is registered to me so she can't see anything happening unless I keep sending her screenshot updates.
