Ratings and reviews

It's a very primitive and unreliable system. Booked taxi in advance a day earlier, to spend an hour in the morning, constantly getting pushed as they are busy. Shouldn't accept booking for a specific time if you can't handle it.

its ok but Addison Lee system doesnt allow people to book a black cab in outer London. have to ask them to change it every time for better access. Also pre booked is about £10 more than it come up on the taxi meter in the cab every time.

I pre-booked a cab to pick me up in the early hours of the morning and they didn't show up. I was waiting on the street for 30 mins with my luggage. 5mins before my booking time, I was sent a text saying they were struggling to find a driver as it was so busy but one would be signed within 15mins (bearing in mind I booked a few days ahead). Another 15 mins later I got another test saying the same thing. I ended up getting an Uber (luckily there was one around). Uninstalling this app.
