I paid over double the rate of an Uber because it was essential that I needed to be picked up at a specific time very early in the morning. Five minutes before the dedicated pick up time I was told there was a shortage of drivers in the area. This is exactly why I booked a day in advance and used Addison Lee, because I wanted a driver booked for me ahead of time. Long story short, just use the scheduled booking option in Uber or Bolt as they are half the price and is exactly the same as AL

This app, and Addison Lee as a whole, used to work well. Not now. Recently it has said it can't find my location while displaying on the screen. The 'from' address goes blank while I'm filling in the 'to' address. It has forgotten that I paid with PayPal and refuses to let me set that up again. And it refuses to accept my perfectly valid debit card. In fact it has gone wrong in every possible way. The latest update won't even open, you just see a yellow square going round. Uninstalling now.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. They market themselves as a high end cab company which can be used by commercial clients. Tell me why I book a cab DAYS in advance only to be told just before the arranged time of pick up that there are no cab drivers? I turned up late for an M&A meeting and looked unprofessional. Avoid this company like the plague. Will never use them again.
