Ratings and reviews

As an employe of a company that uses this taxi i must say there are 2 major problems! 1. There is no option to add aditional person with me, the only way is to leave a note for the driver and most of the time they don't even see it, and by the time my coworker and me get to the taxi there is already 3 people in it, there is alwas a conversation with a dispacher, always an issue. In previous versions of the app there was a spesific mechanic just to type in how many people will be traveling.

Very upfront, quick and easy experience. Love how you can call specific cars and services, and how it tells you exactly how much you have to pay! Also, you schedule specific time and it recalculates the prices accordingly!

It looks like after the update of the app, the reliability has dropped significantly. I would not recommend using it. I got a driver which took the order and then cancelled it after some time. The next driver who took the order was cruising to the other side of town. The app was saying that he will come in 5 minutes which was only possible if he was flying a helicopter. If the reliability changes i will change the stars, until then i will stick to using some of the other taxi apps in Sofia
