Have been trying to set up an account, can't go past second screen (username and email) because I keep getting a "key type invalid" error. Can't set up a personal account online (browser) either, just corporate. Workaround: make account on iPhone, then login on Android.

The app doesnt even let me make an account. Continuous errors, it brings me only to the login page without any possibility to register myself. very disappointed. I really needed the service as it is the only ome which provides child seats.

I had the booking (that was paid by credit card in advance) cancelled without even letting me know. Almost half an hour later, when they finally answered my call, they offered to send in 20 mins a new driver at a double cost of what I had already paid. Really, this kind of trick really works with clients? I had rated it 5* before, but the services were totally different.
