I had the booking (that was paid by credit card in advance) cancelled without even letting me know. Almost half an hour later, when they finally answered my call, they offered to send in 20 mins a new driver at a double cost of what I had already paid. Really, this kind of trick really works with clients? I had rated it 5* before, but the services were totally different.

Was told by a local this was a trustworthy service, as I needed to recommend something for many guests coming from the UK to a large event. However, a few of us tried to install the app and we all get the same behaviour - no sms sent initially, then asks for a password you never set. When you use "forgotten password" you see an error and given a Romanian customer support number to call.. Just FYI, your useless app has cost you a lot of business.

Interesting experience. Too bad you can't type in the address and can only use the map. Nor can you cancel a booking. Also if you navigate the map randomly, the destination point moves on its own. I'd you're bad at geography, too bad for you.
