Though, I have used HauteLook several times with no issues. This last time I changed my billing address and my package was shipped to my old address. I did not catch the shipping address due to the holidays and there was nothing they could do at that point - no refunds or store credits. I understand why they did it but feel people should be made aware HauteLook will not go the "extra mile" for customers.
Sad I used to love this site. Black Friday at it's worst. App is slow it alerted me my orders weren't processed so I refilled my cart. Thus happened twice. I did want the deals I waited 1 more day same thing. Now customer service says they can do nothing. Smh
Performance is awful. Unable to view past orders. The app just continues to spin forever after clicking on an order. I wish the app did a better job at filtering out items if the selected size is already sold out. Also please allow users to go to the product page from the shopping cart by clicking on an item already in the cart.
It'd be nice to have an option to filter out brands/sales that DO ship to canada. Too often I'll browse and find something i like, and 90% of the time, those items cannot ve shipped to Canada. It would save a lot of time/trouble from browsing stuff that i like but can't even buy
Great things to see and buy, but when placing orders the app keeps showing an error with the servers... It is annoying and frustrating
Every time I try to sign in on my account it says I've made an error. So everytime I order something then check out, I have to update my password. What a waste of time. So you have to jump through hoops for bargain fashion. I will be calling them about this.
