This app is awful. I wouldn't even use it if it wasn't for the fact that their website keeps auto sending me through to the app. I'm also disabled, so can't just go out to get what I need. Currently trying to buy my cats RENAL food, and both the delivery option and click and collect options are greyed out and won't let me interact. At this point I'm considering ordering from somewhere else. It'll probably be more expensive, but this app is too unreliable.

Just installed this app after I have a new little kitten and registered it. I received a notification about booking a vet appointment and opened it with the intention of reviewing it again later. Now, the notification has completely disappeared and the app does not retain notifications or messages. Very disappointed as I was expecting better. Now, I have to find somewhere else. I tried to contact them through their chat service. They can't even be bothered to respond to that either.

It's now impossible to edit anything for easy repeat orders (quantity, frequency, etc) on Android (I've tried on Android 15 & 16). This used to work. It works on website still, so I've disabled the app for now until you get it fixed. (It's been like this for a few weeks now.) Please can you improve your testing processes for Android before you release updates? Please make it easier to add/remove items from repeat orders? it's very confusing - take a look at how Amazon subscribe&save does it.
