Horrible app, would give zero stars if I could!! Can't check in and when I finally could the seat selection kept breaking down. Reinstalled twice and tried online, still not working at all! Now have horrible seats on a 10.5 hour flight and having to pay for luggage as couldn't book it earlier. Will never fly with them again and changing travel agent who booked to flight as completely useless.

Tried to make a booking, but when you get to the payment step it asks the address associated with the credit card and only allows you to select from a list of US states, so it's impossible to fill in that required field correctly if you only have a credit card with a non-US state address. I tried entering a random US state so I could click submit but it said error can't complete transaction at this time. The website is just as bad, it cancels your session due to privacy before you've finished.

Horrible since Alaska took over. Had to create some new Atmos account then that didn't work for logging into the Hawaiian app on worked for website. Account had to be reset now I can login but to see my trips I have to give my name and confirmation number for every flight. Which doesn't make sense. If I'm logged in all my trip should just show. Hope they fix this experience soon.
