Ratings and reviews

There's always something that doesn't work in this app. I'm either stuck in a constant loading loop or I can't access my seats. Sometimes I can't even look at my flight itinerary so I end up using the website. Not to mention the flight prices and times for the cheaper flights. It's unfortunate neighbor island flights cost on average $100+, usually $200 or so if you're flying after work on weekends.

Can't log-in to the app even though I have an existing account. I can log-in on the desktop/mobile browser without issues but the same username/pw on the app results in, "We can't seem to find that account." I've uninstalled/reinstalled the app and login issues persists. Looking at other posted reviews, this apparently is a widespread issue that's been happening for all last the last 1-2 months

The app will not allow me to log in after my initial log in and ticket purchase, with the app saying that it can't find my account information. I have no issues with the Atmos or Alaskan Airline accounts. I've reached out at least twice for help. My trip is coming soon. Looks like I'll have to go the old school way and print my info and take it with me to the airport.
