Ratings and reviews

I hate how it constantly kicks me out of my account, and sometimes, when I re-login, an error has occurred. ALSO, what's frustrating is that it doesn't save your flight status on the app. So, I have to keep re-entering my confirmation code with my last name to find it. And this too also has an error sometimes!

this is absolutely pathetic for 4 years on different devices I still can't get the app to load. I uninstall it I reinstall it I update it and all it does is stay on the main screen and never goes to the other screen where you can look at your miles or schedule flights. this is literally the worst app I've ever dealt with in my life and it's already been 4 to 5 years dealing with the same problem. this is complete garbage this is the worst app

simply incredible. nothing works on the app and the website is almost as bad. just fly southwest. edit for the company reply: after logging in, searching flights, the list will populate then disappear. then trying to switch from round trip to one way will also cause the same issue, followed by the app deciding to switch back to roundtrip on checkout.
