This app is terrible!!! 80% of the time, it doesn't even control the devices! I turn the pump on... the app says it's on, but it's not! Same with the lights! Then, 30 seconds later, the screen updates and shows that the stuff is off. What is the sense of having an app if I still have to walk out to the controller to manually turn anything on or off?!? FIX THIS!! And don't tell me to check my Wi-Fi. I'm an IT professional, and my network is beyond solid!

App works most of the time. Biggest problem is it sometimes does not follow the schedule. Also, on occasion, the pool light is set to come on "Afternoon Sky" blue in the evening and it comes on Green. Right now, the schedule shows the pump should be on, but its Off. I am very technical but cannot find anything at the panel or the app to shows logging of events, just notifications. There is no email address to send technical info. Have called and someone should contact me. Maybe hackers.

They finally fixed some of the bugs but now it takes way too long for the app to open and connect to servers. I shouldnt have to wait a minute or 2 for it to connect to servers to turn my pool on and use app. In that time I could wal to the panel and do it manually. Hayward do better this isnt cheap equipment
