This app is terrible, had it for about a year now. Very disappointed, never get a response from support. I paid a lot for the WiFi device, and this app is so bad it's unusable. I constantly have errors about connecting while logging in and while trying to change pool settings. This product is marketed and sold for to dollar but doesn't work, there should be a lawsuit against this. I'm looking into it.

This app is so behind the times it's astonishing. Biggest problem is that it is very slow, unresponsive and there hasn't been an update in the 4 years that I have had it. Most of the time the app doesn't come up on newer phones. Second issue is that setting changes to the pool aren't intuitive on the app. Hopefully Hayward reads this and has a solution.

This app was okay. It never really worked great, usually sluggish for input commands. After syncing the time to the exact time, the response time was much quicker. As of 2022, the app shows 'Null' everywhere on the user interface. Luckily I remember which buttons are for filter, light, etc. Buttons still work upon pressing them, but it does take awhile to respond yet again. Also, sometimes the app won't even open, just gives an error and you have to clear cache & Force close to work. Plz fix
