It's ok. The graphics are really good and the separate stretch & warmups, kicks, punches and combos are good. Now it needs to be all put together in congruent lessons with warmups, stretches, kicks and punches for each day. Also it would be nice for it to allow you to set a goal for the week and track it and also record your weight or challenge progress to see how you're improving with fitness and martial arts. I spoke too soon - It does have a KB Championship category that combines everything

A solid way to train on days off and while resting. There's plenty of options to train from punching to kicking but there's no way to track what you've done outside of keeping a personal log.
