ok. the exercises are good. about 30 days in. about 30 days in you don't get anymore exercises. it's the same ones but longer. when you edit and add more, it doesn't carryover to the next day. you have to do it daily. the music in training is annoying when someone is trying to explain how to move. the intermediate level. it's hard to move your hands and feet while watching a video.

Not bad but too random - Very basic animation in design and movement + Written explanation and YouTube video of each movement (although some don't match the exercise) - Many movements are from fitness, not Tai Chi - The movements don't have a logical order (e.g., a Tai Chi opening or closing movement in the middle of the routine). + Subscription is optional, as it contains ads + The subscription price is comparatively low and can be paid for indefinitely + Long list of exercises and routines

Great app, I've been on it since November, I tried it out on the free with ads option then paid the lifetime subscription,and, along with a bit of walking and dieting have lost 14kg, feel so much better within myself, both mentally and physically, calorie counter on here too which is really handy, would recommend to anyone, if I can do it at 63 anyone canšŸ‘
