Not user friendly. It is nice to be able to order ahead and does have some nice features but the design itself is lacking.. it not self explanatory. The app feels like it requires a training session. My biggest complaint is that it doesn't tell you your overall preloaded amount and the balance anywhere. If it does show it somewhere, I can't find it.

Horrible app. I loaded the app with $50 but everytime I go to use the app, it shows no funds available when they try to scan it how everyone I look under transaction history and balance it shows plenty of money available. This has happened several times over the past two months. If I could extract the $21 still left on my account, I would. I'll just use cash.

I use this app every time I go to Heine Bro's, and I like using it. Very simple interface, and good options for payment. I didn't have many complaints about the app until the other day when I went to go use it, and the barcode was blurry and wouldn't scan. It's like that all the time now, and I can't use the app anymore.
