Ratings and reviews

Overall the app and its interface and features are intuitive and user friendly. However, for the last three months or more, the app is not showing the account balance and the transactions. It has been very painful, almost making the account usage ineffective. Everytime I call the Customer Support, they say it will be fixed within a few days but no progress so far :(

very disappointing experience with HBL. My account was charged for multiple transactions, including an unauthorized Apple purchase that I never made. Despite reporting the issue immediately to the helpline and registering a complaint, I am still waiting for a proper resolution. Instead of resolving the fraudulent transactions quickly, I was only advised to permanently block my debit card. My hard-earned money is still missing, and I have received no clear explanation, no refund, and no

HBL had one of the best Mobile Banking Apps and then they did something crazy. New interface is not as appealing. Transactions do not show up in order in Account Statement and some transactions go completely missing from the app. I used to be able to keep a very good record of HBL transactions now it has become a huge effort
