I'm surprised HBL is so unconcerned. A glitch was reported six months ago, yet it still exists. What is the IT team doing? When I receive an OTP via email to enter in the app, the keyboard is greyed out, preventing manual entry. Even if I could enter it, the OTP is alphanumeric (8 characters), but the app only allows 4 numbers. So frustrating!
