Ratings and reviews

Two main mistakes that I have observed and suggested to solve. 1. Account upgrade option is available in aap that is wonderfull but unfortunately showing error (unable to communicate with server, please try again). I have tried more than 20 times. 2. Retail Payment option is available in app, I have transferred the amount 3 times to retailer for checkout this option, amount deducted from customer account but not credited to retailer account.

This app is too much frustrating. Its easy to deposit money but taking back is almost impossible. I send money from konnect to easypisa my money stuck for 4 days and today I get it back into konnect app. I again tried to send money to Sadapay and again my money stuck. HBL Shame On you. If you want to remove my review contact me and solve muly issue.

Such a dumb app ...i can't login after changing my device...am facing too much difficulties for resolving this problem...my payment still stucked... helpline officers don't know how to resolve this kind of issues...am still in the waiting line...there is no banking branch... I'll suggest not to use this app
