It is one of the worst banking app I have ever used. Every time you change device it will give you sign up interface rather than sign in. It's working is slow and you cannot download transection receipt although download button is given but do not work. Even helpline number shown in case of issue is not complete. Stupid and nonsense are perfect words for this app.

App is not even opening now. Overall it is (was) good but I want to say that while adding beneficiary, entering phone number should not be compulsory rather it should be optional. Sometimes we do not have the mobile number associated with the bank account to which we want to transfer money. It doesn't let us add beneficiary without entering the mobile number associated with the account. It often cause inconvenience and is a significant barrier in seamless transactions. Regards

I opened a konnect account from agent yesterday and after that I install the konnect app which was not working, i thought it will work later may be its connection problem. But since yesterday I tried so much time, even tried uninstalling and again uninstalling the app but I am unable to open the app even a single time. Now I am regretting my decision to open a konnect account.
