Rocky start. Login would not work on all devices without a call to tech support. When I try to watch movies on my phone I get a "no Internet" error despite having wifi and data. I would like to see better interface between my phone and my PS4, currently there is none. Navigation through available titles is clunky. Hbo content is above average. The woman at tech support was as helpful as she could be, as well as being very polite.
Bad Streaming Quality. I tried to watch the GOT Season 7 premier yesterday. It was streaming at less than 720p. The service doesn't even let you change the quality. It says it will choose it for you based on your internet. Well it did not. I have Hulu and Netflix and am able to stream to multiple devices at 1080p at the same time. I have the highest internet service Xfinity offers. So no... It is not my internet. Had to watch the premier in horrible quality. No other devices were streaming or connected to my network. What a disappointment. I will not be keeping this service past my free trial.
It's not terrible. But it seems like if I'm paying for an app, I should have more choices of prgrams and movies. I'm just a week or more, I've already watched everything that interests me on the app. Boo. The last bit was first review. Now this is a new entry. I wac watching "The DEFIANT Ones", and about two minutes into streaming, it froze, made a super high pitched garbled squelch, and blew out my Bluetooth speaker. Don't bother downloading this unfinished pile of poop.
The apps keel popping up an error occured and if I click 3 times it will say I have used up maximum 3 times devices available! But I am only using my phone!! I am definitely getting a refund amd unsubscribe since it does not even work at all !
Paid 15 bucks and can't play a dang thing. "An error has occurred" every single time, and after that so many times I get the too many devices issue and I'm only using my phone. I will be demanding a refund if this issue is not fixed in a couple days. Flat out ridiculous.
I would love to give more stars but every time I try and watch Got it freezes every time and won't start back up. I go back and try and again and it play for a minute than freezes. I want to keep it and will give it a try for another week but if it does it again I will cancel the subscription. It's not my Internet either because all my other streaming apps work just fine. I shouldn't have to pay 15$ +tax every month if the dang thing doesn't work. I really hope HBO or whoever fixes this app cuz it could be amazing and should be for having to pay for it.
