I was able to connect with both Bluetooth and WiFi just fine for several months. Now it fails to connect to either BT or WiFi on a regular basis. When it connects to WiFi it says "Strong Signal". When it fails to connect, BT times out scanning then I get an error message. I don't get a cloud icon that some suggest I should but I get an ethernet icon even though my Homepower 3600 Plus does not have an ethernet connection.

Frustrating. The whole point of the app is to be able to remotely monitor and power on/off the circuits. This thing constantly disconnects and will not reconnect via bluetooth until you power cycle the device. What's the point of this app if it only works intermittently? Another issue: The Wifi cannot accept a password with spaces in it. I cannot use the Wifi because I've moved to more secure pass phrases instead of passwords. I have contacted your support about these issues, Jackery. Useless

I'm updating my review. the app is working very well over the last few weeks. it has had a connection with my Jackery 5000 continually during that time. so the review below is now out of date. "The app doesn't work very well. It reads the panel ok. but it doesn't read the Jackery 5000 very well. It will connect at first then when I try and connect it when something is wrong it doesn't connect'
