About this app

HCA Inspire - the app currently available for all HCA Healthcare and partner organization employees - is an internal communication tool.



HCA Inspire enables HCA Healthcare colleagues to communicate through social media-like feeds and receive important unit, facility, division and enterprise communication. Colleagues with a My Scheduler Web profile can also access their schedules through the HCA Inspire mobile app.



Choose from one of three account types exist in HCA Inspire:
Nurse, PCT, or LPN
Facility Staff
Division & Corporate User



HCA Inspire Features Defined:

Feed & posting capabilities: interact with colleagues through a social media like feed. Capabilities include: posting (text, photos, video), giving recognitions, liking and commenting
Notifications: receive notifications for activity within the HCA Inspire app, including for scheduling where applicable
Schedule: My Scheduler integration, including the ability to view your schedule, self-schedule, request open needs and time off, swap shifts, and view the department calendar
Badges: grouped into five different categories to help celebrate accomplishments: education and certifications, leadership roles, excellency, HCA Programs and competency
HCA Healthcare Today blog: comprised of original content about the company

Ratings and reviews

As an update, remains unreliable for punching in and out of shifts. Even when inside the hospital, the app cannot confirm physical location and outside it works maybe 50% of the time. On my floor, it's a shared frustration, not just my experience. It's a great feature and very convenient in theory but I have to log it and edit my timecard daily, always for lunch and often for in and out. Love the idea though.

it worked for a while, and I could see my schedule. then last week it quit working. I've sent 2 emails with no response. I uploaded the newer version, logged out, and logged back in, and it still gives an error message when I try to view my schedule. Strangely, the social media aspect of the ap still works, but what I need from the ap is the schedule portion, and that won't work.

Used to be a very helpful app to keep track of my schedule, which was the point of the app in the first place. Now, since the last update, it is useless as it won't show any info when clicking on a specific day. Only says" something went wrong" . Tried clearing cache and storage, along with force stopping and reinstalling. Still will not working correctlyIt seems like they put a lot of work into the social media aspect which is not useful at all and forgot about the apps true purpose.
