The app has a major issue...it will display the wrong hotel. I noticed this when tapping on a green marker for a hotel in the map view of New York City, so the hotel I want to view or book is shown in quick view, but then when I select that hotel from the quick view it will display a different hotel on the next page. For example The Skyline Hotel in Hell's Kitchen will jump to The Roosevelt Hotel when I try to book a room with the Skyline hotel. What this means is that some hotels cannot be booked from the map view at all. Oddly it is almost always The Roosevelt Hotel that is given instead of the proper one.
In in twice to look at my account that then doesn't show me my upcoming stays with them. Additionally the deals we get are nice and I almost never use them because if I do they don't count towards my stay. If you could work that out that if a 4th star right there.
Ok so I book a room no problem. I look to see if my reward is added. NO! IT WASN'T! I call get hung up on! I call back ask for supervisor. Sounds like the person that hung up on me! I ask for my reward they say I used the coupon that says TAP HERE TO COPY so if you use it you dont collect a night! I say there are no Terms and Conditions that state that. Wheres my reward she said she can't put it in. Crap!
It appears that someone hacked into my Hotels acct or app and was able to change the email address associated with my acct. Has anyone else has this issue? I brought this to customer service 10 days ago and nobody's responded to me since. Unacceptable.
I used to love this app, but after the first mistake, okay fine. They never sent our reservation to the hotel so we had issues checking in. But, after being charged 3 times of $300 + and $400+ that was it for me! I called them and they had horrible customer service, even hung up on me twice! I still have yet to hear back from them from these 3 random charges on my account. Luckily, my bank could help me and get my money back!
Totally dumb customer service.Has no idea about Gold Membership. Saying it doesn't exist. In spite of being a gold member this is the service I receive. Also I'm having a lot of problem booking through the App.It keeps giving errors and showing booking hasn't gone through but sometimes the card gets charged and the booking becomes duplicate. Luckily it was a free cancellation booking.
