I couldn't even open the app.
I was able to log on once when I first downloaded it. After that, it tells me "Account Access is Not Permitted." I've called the phone number for help, sent the required e-mail they wanted; was told they'd fix it. It's been two weeks and I still can not use the app.
Just downloaded and then unistalled. If I tried to click anything on the main screen I would get the error message "unfortunately BCBSOK has stopped working" 🤔🤔🤔
It worked for a short period of time, now every time I try to open the app it says "Unfortunately the app has stopped working. Report or OK" . Please figure this out.
Horrible, don't waste your time!
Have tried multiple times to open this application. I can't get it to link to the company.
